Poplar cutting machine. Set in wood frame with large wood block base. Frame stained dark brown/black. Four axles with gears which propel leather belt. Wooden block wheel notched twice; unnotched portions covered with leather strip, which is scored by cast iron T-shaped attachment with an encased set of teeth.
