Description

Two jaws, upper shorter than lower. Through jaws are two dowels outside of two screws; screw heads have a sliding dowel handle. Arm hinged on lower jaw. Two wood strips nailed to lower jaw on either side of arm. Steel peg on opposite side near end of lower jaw.
