Shoe float. Float head is oblong with a horizontally grooved underside. Head has an integral shaft with a square cross-section and a lightning-bolt shape. Shaft is inserted in a carved handle. This joint is reinforced with a brass ferrule. Handle grows in diameter and transitions to flat sides and square edges. Handle is stained.
