Description

Broom cutter. Rectangular frame. Bottom has a treadle which moves a square blade up and down. Adjacent to blade is a piece of wood marked 0 through 10 in increments of approximately 1 1/2". Inside is a shelf with nails along long edge a piece of leather is attached and stretched to the ruled post.
