Metal shears. Two looped oval handle, one slightly larger than the other. One loop side extends downwards to culminate in a blade 5 1/8"l; bottom of shear angled. A second blade with angled bottom is attached behind the first blade with a stacked metal screw that protrudes out 5/8" on each side.
