Description

A circular wooden butter churn. The churn (a) has three bent wood hoops glued around the churn: two on top of one another at the base, one at the center, and the third an inch from the top. Inside, 1" from the top, there is a lip, which sits the circular disk lid (b). The lid has a central through-hole 1 1/8" in diameter with a raised circle surrounding it. On the reverse side of the lid are two drilled ovals, at a diagonal, on either side of the central hole. The churn is clear coated.
