Description

Wrought iron stove tongs with bean-shaped pads at working end, two arms tapering upward and transitioning to flattened disks at upper end. Each disk is relieved to accept the other in a circular half-lap swivel. An iron rivet through the center allows the arms to pivot and flat disks that the rivet is peened over on each side secure the assembly.
