Description
Woven wool blanket. Two panels each 90" x 37 1/2" hand seamed in center. Large checked pattern using blue, brown, light blue and natural woven in a goose-eye twill. Salvage sides rolled 3/8" w hand-sewn hem on warp ends. Warp is striped 11 threads of light blue, seven of brown, 26 blue, seven brown, 11 light blue, and 36 white. This series of colors is repeated until it is approximately 6" w. The weft is the same order of colors and numbers of threads creating the checked pattern.
