Trestle table of fabulous curly birch, two-board top with splined breadboard ends screwed through into end-grain of top. Top supported by two turned curly birch legs which have curly birch cross-cleats set into slots in tops of legs and arched curly birch feet set into notches in the leg bottoms. A curly birch trestle is set into the leg tops via a blind dado as well and the leg-trestle assembly is held together by two bed-bolts at each end which screw into captured nuts in the trestle. A further curly birch cross-sleat is set into a notch in the top of the trestle at its length-wise center. Screws extend though the cross-cleats up into the underside of the top thus securing the top.
