Description

Pill counter of white pine in the form of a flat bottomed scoop. Bottom of counter made from a piece of wood cut through to yield two pieces, each of half the total thickness. The top piece was then laid out into a grid five columns by five rows and 5/16" diameter holes drilled at the row/column intersections. The front edge is rounded over and the two sides and back have 1/4" high moldings nailed on to keep pills in the area with holes. To the rear, a handle is attached allowing the counter to be used as a scoop. Then excess pills can be carefully poured off leaving 25 pills in the holes.
