Description

(.1) Shaper jig and clamp for machining edges of #0 chair arms. Device made of cherry with sides cut to correspond to the inside and outside shapes of the arms. Two carriage bolts set into turned cherry handles extend through clamping blocks and tighten into captured nuts in base of jig. (.2-.3) are blanks for #0 chair arms; one has all edges machined, other has outside edge machined with inside edge as left by bandsaw when roughing-out blank. (.2) is sycamore and (.3) is beech.
