Description
Book binding press. Press has two feet with rounded ends on top. From feet extend two uprights with rounded ends. Base and top of press frame are mortise-and-tenon jointed to uprights. In between the two is the press board; the face of the board is beveled and sits in the grooves notched in the uprights. The board is attached to a cast iron threaded bar which extends through the top of press frame. At end of bar is an open eye.
