Description

Tailor's counter of pine, post and rail construction with drawer guides and rails mortised and tenoned into the corner and center posts. Proper left end has boards applied vertically to close end, proper right end has horizontally oriented end boards. Back boards are horizontal as well. Drawers are dovetailed, lipped on top and ends of fronts and have turned, heavily painted knobs of some unknown hardwood. Small knobs as well on end - three on proper left, four on proper right. Finished with red wash or stain. Drawers on proper right side and divided.
