Naturally-colored woven oat-straw, with dissimilar weave on trim; trim is on front edge and back seam (1/4" - 3/8"). Rounded crown. Sea-foam green cotton flounce that begins and ends 1 1/4" from front edge, is tightly pleated. Interior: lined on all sides with taupe netting; white silk 5/8" wide on back seam. One green silk ribbon tie 3/4" w x 18 1/2" d.
