Machinist's clamp consisting of two steel jaws joined by two 9/32" diameter machine screws with 7/16" diameter x 9/16" high knurled ends. Inner screw head is notched around its circumference into which the forked end of a spring clip fits. This acts to keep the screw engaged in the jaw when it is completely unscrewed from the other jaw.
