Handled saw-set. Steel shaft with offset end and thumbscrew. Over portion of shaft in line with handle is a moveable brass collar with a brass thumbscrew for locking collar in place. Collar holds a steel double ended anvil with two tapped holes (one in each end) and one steel thumbscrew. Handle is between-centers turned beech with a brass ferrule.
