Description
White linen, rectangular cloth with dark blue/black cross-stitch hem and text. Line 1, capital letters: A through D (black), E (black and blue), F through q (blue). Line 2: R through Z. Line 3, lowercase, mixture of black and blue on each letter, a through x. Line 4: lowercase, black: yz & c", numbers 1-9, "0," unidentified symbol lowercase "mn". Line 5: black, "Jane Cutler 1863." Varying weight of threads have been used.
