Description

A pair of tan-colored cotton mitts. The mitts are finger-less. Above the bottom hem there is a fancy-stitched basket-patterned border, three blocks wide. The back of the hand is a fancy-stitched point. The points comprise of three small squares in a triangle pattern near the wrist, a straight line, 2 15/16" long, in between the bottom two squares, and a solid square at the opposite end of the point. In between the points there is a row of eight dots, for a total of two rows. The seam between the thumb and palm is a fancy-stitch and perforates the thumb's knit. The palm-face is bare of any decorative-stitching, except the wrist. The bottom hem is 3/8" long and raised, while the hems of the thumb and finger-holes fancy-stitched for 3/8" and then finished in a closed feather-stitch.
