Description
A paper punch which punches number 1-9, 0 and a flower formed by seven holes. The numbers when punched are made up of several small holes. The numbers are around a brass dial. There is a small metal knob attached to an arm extending out from center. The arm moves in a circular motion so that it can be moved to the desired number, or symbol. The dial has a rectangular piece enclosing one side (between the three and the flower) with a lever on the end. This lever activates the punch. This lever has a metal arm and a turned wooden knob. This is housing is set a top a black oxidized metal base with a visible copper color in places especially along the rounded edge of the base. The base itself has integral feet. Opposite the lever, are two cylinders, one in the base and one above it to feed the paper through. A small lever above upper cylinder to adjust its height. The mechanism is visible underneath, which allows the paper cut-outs to drop through. This mechanism is made up of brass and steel.
