Dark-stained tray with ten storage compartments, Canterbury, NH
Description
A wooden rectangular tray with 10 shallow compartments. The compartments are made up of sets of dividers: four dividers 5 23/32" long notched in the center for slightly thinner dividers 2 7/8" long. The ends of all dividers are tapered to a point. These are joined to the exterior sides through notches. The center divider runs the length of the tray and is set into a rectangular notch on one side. Two corners are dovetailed and the other two secured with wooden nails/pegs.
