Square taupe open-weave linen with text. Cross-stitched border under each line: cream colored, double line light blue, blue dashes, double line pink; pink and blue design; and blue loop border. Capital letters, script, in embroidery thread in cream, blue, brown, yellow and pink: alphabet in lower case and upper case, numbers 1 through 9 and at bottom, "Elen Curtain" and possibly a date (1800?).
