Description

This snapshot is inscribed on the back, "Curtis White, Taken by Mr. Hill in 1950." Brother Curtis, one of the last Shakers at Mount Lebanon, moved to Hancock in 1947. He is seated on the stoop of the Hancock Dwelling House (1830).
