Description
The back of the photograph is inscribed in ink, "Dairy," and the initials "W. P." The buildings in the photograph left to right include, to the far left and with little detail showing, a part of what was the family's broom shop. Next to it the Dairy (note that on its facing facade there is only one door on the left -- the matching door, where the right-hand first floor window is, was restored by Hancock Shaker Village). Behind the Dairy is the Round Stone Barn and to the far right the Ministry Wash House. Hancock Photographic Album
