Wool and silk blended dress fabric. White silk warp and blue wool weft ("silver gray" goods). Machine sewn; some hand-done over-stitching at seams. 1" metered pleats all around, double drop apron front, pin closures. Two piece sleeve with an applied cuff. Multi-pieced bodice lined with polished cotton, sleeves also lined with cotton.
