This view looking north includes the Ministry's Workshop (1839) (with a glimpse of the 1880 Shaker School just beyond) on the left side of the road and the family's Dwelling (1884) on the right side of the road. The back of the postcard is printed: "Pub. by the Shakers, Sabbathday Lake, Me. No. 10. Made in Germany."
