Description
The postcard view shows the Shakers' chair sales room. Included in the photograph are several pieces of furniture -- a candlestand that is in the Shaker style and a two-drawer stand that is not. Of special interest is the high chair of which very few were made by the Shakers. In addition to chairs there are several woven rugs pictured.
