Description

Box-joint compass for marking out and measuring during boot-making process. The hinge of the compass is spherical and made up of two exterior walls connected to one leg and a central protrusion on the other leg fitted together. From the hinge the legs extend in a rectangular form with shaved edges. The exterior edges round off, giving the legs a conical form, but leaving the interior side flat until the very end of the compass which comes to a rounded point.
