Light blue washcloth rolled at both ends to create the legs of a cat. Eyes and whiskers made with black yarns and thread. White/taupe pipe cleaners 1/2" high create ears, one on front side, one on reverse. Yellow silk ribbon 1/4" wide with bow tied on back of neck.
