Solid metal oval peg awl. The tool is asymmetrical in form with the base end a small square pyramidal shape with a flat top and the point of the tool is rounded off. The shaft of the tool tapers from the base of the pyramidal shape. The edges of the shaft are shaved down giving it an octagonal form.
