Description
Leatherworking wheel known as a rand-boot wheel. The metal wheel sits in an asymmetrical setting. Both the wheel and the taller side of the setting are stepped. The handle is carved wood. The handle is carved out near the joint and tied with string so that the wrapped string is nearly flush with the handle. The end of the handle is cut into an oval on a diagonal.
