Description

#12 hollow plane made of beech and steel or iron. The body of the plane is 9 1/2" x 3 1/2", and the concave base is 3/4" wide. The concave blade only appears on one side of the plane, and is 3/4" wide. "G.M.W." is stamped on the toe, and "12" is stamped on the heel. Stamped on the iron in the front is "WM ASH & CO", and on the back is "VIIII".
