Circular base to flared circular rim. Light tan-black ash splint. Uprights 3/4" w; weavers 1/8" w. Split rim with double lashing. Two arched handles (1/4" w). that begin 1 3/4" apart and are bound together at top of arches for 4 1/8" with lashing. Fixed handles that come down on inside, single notched. Uprights continue to form base, getting more narrow as they reach center. Weavers are in circular pattern. Split upright in center.
