Tailor's counter, North Family, Mount Lebanon, NY

Description
Pine tailor's counter with bank of six drawers at proper left end and two banks of four drawers, at center and at proper right end. Case, top, back-splash, back, drawer rails and guides, and drawer fronts, sides, and backs of pine. Drawer bottoms are of pine or birch or a combination of the two woods. Original knobs are face-turned cherry. Three walnut replacement knobs are on two drawers in bank of six. Drawers are dovetailed and lipped top and ends. Exterior painted red.
