Description
No. 2 rocking chair without arms and replacement taped seat over original pad. Three slats in back and bullet pommels. Turnings of maple except for rear posts which are birch. Back slats and original rocker blade also of maple. Replacement rocker blade of white pine. Top slat tenons pinned with wooden pegs into mortises in back posts. Rocker blades held in slots in post bottoms by wooden pegs. Canvas replacement seat tape originally olive green, now faded to tan.
