Rectangular black ash splint basket with split rim, crossed lashing. Half-round rim. 1/4" wide uprights and weavers. Open, plain weave base with tightly woven border. 5/8" wide overhead, bonnet-shaped handle, single notched, attaches to the exterior on the long sides and rises 6" above the basket.
