Description

Partially finished piece of wool flannel, probably part of an unfinished cloak. Top edge cut rounded approximately 27 1/2" wide cloth 51 1/2" long at center and bottom edge approximately 60" wide. A small triangular gore set in on both sides at bottom. Blue wool flannel; appears to be the type imported French flannel used by Emma Neale's cloak workshop.
