Striped maroon silk over woven straw chip extending into pleated flounce that hangs from rear for about 5 1/2". Fine black net tulle overlay over entire bonnet that hangs over flounce, creating uneven hemline. Bonnet edges and where back joins bonnet sewed with heavy black silk. Black silk ties.
