Implement of chestnut consisting of a 15/16" thick x 2 15/16" W x 12" L block with chamfered arrises on the ends and bottom of one side, a crudely sawn bevel on the top and two empty blind screw holes on the chamfered side. A sloping notch at other end houses a sawn and carved handle secured by two flat-head screws.
