Description
Between-centers turned white pine dowel with dovetail-shaped dado cut along its length. At one end, a between-centers turned cherry pulley is tenoned into the pine dowel. Centered at both ends are iron or steel pins for hanging. A dark blue fabric is tacked to the pine roller with iron tacks. At bottom of shade fabric, fabric is wrapped around and tacked to a strip of white pine. Wood surfaces unfinished.
