Light blue/cream washcloth rolled at both ends to create the legs of a cat. Eyes and whiskers made with black yarn and thread. White pipe cleaner about 1 1/2" high curve at top to create ears, one on front side, one on reverse. Yellow silk ribbon 1/8" wide tied around neck with bow on reverse side.
