One from a bundle of seven basket handles, varying in size. All are arch-shaped. Four are double-notched, two are single-notched, and one has no notches. Most of the handles in this group have rounded undersides. A paper tag is attached with string, with hand-printed black ink: "Shaker made / 5 Basket Handles / Church Family Shops / MT. Lebanon, N.Y. / Shakers / No. 2137".
