Description

Between-centers turned (with face grain orientation) basket mold made of white pine. Slightly concave bottom with 5/8" hole in the center. The mold diameter 2 11/16 is constant upwards for 1 1/8", at which point the turning is rounded over to a diameter of 2 1/4" at the bottom. 1 5/8" square scribed on the bottom and chamfers are cut along each of the four sides to create a square bottom; inside of the square carved to slight concavity. Scribed at 7/8", 1", 1 1/8", and 1 1/4" from the mold top.
