(a) Syringe of metal with knurled and embossed decoration. 2 3/8" diameter cylinder with a turned maple plunger. (b) rectal nozzle; (c) shorter rectal nozzle; (d) wooden case of tulip poplar, one end replaced with pine; (e) sliding lid of white pine.
