Description
Maple base clamp and screw, swift clamp screw, standard, and slats, slat fixtures and yarn cup. Elm swift clamp body, wire slat hinges/retainers, iron or steel pivot rivets, string slat ties. Yellow wash on all surfaces.
Notes
A label attached to the base clamp when the swift was acquired read, "Miss Annie Bell Tuttle North Family Shakers New Lebanon, N.Y. P-11-42," indicating that she owned or used it.
