Circular receptacle with rolled top and bottom edge. Upside-down "T"-shaped metal piece screwed onto either side with circle in the middle through which an arched metal handle is threaded. Handle is 3 1/8" high at highest point. Circular lid attached to top of bin and cannot be removed. Hole in the center 1/8" wide. Handle soldered to middle of lid, 5/8" wide and 2 3/4" long.
