Straight-back metal blade which grows in width and curves toward the spine to form a point. The blade is set into a turned wooden handle; this joint is reinforced by a brass ferrule 15/32" long. Just below the brass ferrule the handle has a short lip. After the lip, the diameter of the handle is the smallest and then grows in width, becoming bulbous, and then rounding off at the end.
