1/4" diameter metal shaft with 5/32" diameter holes drilled into either end, a 1/16" diameter hole drilled through the shaft 5/8" from one end, and a section of 7/16" diameter cylinder with a 1/4" diameter hole in center jammed over 1/4" shaft and a 3/32" diameter hole drilled through both cylinders and a 1/8" diameter hole drilled through just one side at approximately 90 degrees to through hole.
