The knife blade has a straight spine, flat tip, and a curved cutting edge that is more rounded toward the heel of the blade. The blade is set into a wooden handle 3 3/4" long with a circular cross-section. Where the handle joins the blade is a brass ferrule 3/16" long to reinforce the joint.
