Light tan-colored quilted cotton. Flounce begins and ends 1" from front end and is about 4 7/8" long. Interior, crown is lined with light brown linen, flounce is lined with darker brown linen. Thin yellow silk ties attached on interior, front end of flounce. Ties are 3/4" wide and 13" long.
