Wrought iron stove tongs with bean-shaped pads at working ends of arms, tapered cylindrical arms transitioning to flattened disks at swivel end. Flattened disks are relieved to form a half lap joint and have a center hole for swivel. A flat iron disk covers each side of the joint and a brass rivet is peened over each disk to secure the assembly.
